The member interface can be configured to look similar to your existing booking sheet or to show the availability for the whole week ahead using simple graphics. Whichever you choose, you can be sure your members will find it simple, quick and easy to make a booking.

Each member gets their own username and password that enables them to book online within the restrictions specified. The member interface shows the number of people in each group whilst hiding the precise details of who has booked, to protect privacy.

The member interface includes both a Club Diary and a News section, which allow the club to promote events and convey information about court maintenance and equipment promotions.

Whether they book online or over the phone, members can receive confirmation emails to help remind them of their booking. And if they find you are fully booked, they can also choose to receive the details of any court cancellations, helping to resell courts at busy times.

As well as allowing players to make bookings, the member interface also includes a “find a game” facility, which helps people find someone to play with.
